From the get go, we knew our case was going to be difficult.

I searched for a lemon attorney for several weeks, sought referrals (from other attorneys), read reviews and interviewed several attorneys. After speaking to Erika Kavicky it was clear that she would make an exceptional partner for what was to be a formidable and lengthy battle.

Our vehicle had a severe safety defect that the manufacturer initially tried to repair, eventually gave up on and subsequently denied existed. Requests for more time on the warranty or to swap the car out were rebuffed. A request for a buyback was flatly rejected by a paper pusher who had never examined the vehicle.

The manufacturer APPEALED THE DECISION! Erika continued to fight for us until the manufacturer realized the hundreds of thousands of dollars they had already spent on court costs were only going to go up. Erika had presented an airtight case and when push came to shove, even the most loathsome opposition threw in the towel.

We won, and Erika was there to help us celebrate when the vehicle was finally taken away.
