Have you heard the joke that the name “Ford” actually stands for “Fix Or Repair Daily”? Not all Fords are lemons.  And not all lemons are Fords. However, with the amount of vehicles Ford sells in the U.S. and California every year, it is anticipated that some may have mechanical issues or defects that the manufacturer cannot fix or repair properly.    

While we see all kinds of Ford defects, the majority of our recent Ford cases have been transmission, engine, or electrical related.  If your Ford truck or car, is hesitating on acceleration, harsh shifting, stalling,  or just not functioning right, make sure to take your vehicle in while you have a manufacturer’s warranty in place to have Ford repair the vehicle at no cost to you. 

Keep on the lookout for recalls that pertain to your vehicle’s VIN.  There may be an outstanding recall related to your car, that if not addressed promptly, can compromise your safety.  You can also contact us to start your claim if you receive a recall notice for an issue Ford has no available fix for.  We can discuss with you how that may qualify your car for a buyback.
