With over 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Kavicky is the firm’s lead trial lawyer and litigator. Ms. Kavicky has tried over 30 bench and jury trials throughout her career, conducted hundreds of administrative hearings, and has successfully argued in front of the San Diego Court of Appeals.

Ms. Kavicky has successfully settled hundreds of cases for consumer clients against big car manufacturers such as General Motors, Toyota, Chrysler/FCA, Tesla, Ford, and others. And when manufacturers have insisted in no wrongdoing, Ms. Kavicky has put their feet (or rather their metaphorical wheels,) to the fire. Knowing that clients may be driving their families in dangerous vehicles while litigation is underway, Ms. Kavicky pushes litigation and avoids unnecessary delays. Ms. Kavicky limits her case load for a reason; to provide exceptional communication and service to her clients and to avoid compromising the quality of her work.

To date, BMW, Tesla, Toyota, and others have succumbed to defeat at trial at the hands of Ms. Kavicky and her team. For example, on a case against BMW, Ms. Kavicky won a maximum civil penalty for her client which awarded the client two times the amount of the vehicle he had purchased in addition to his repurchase award. And on a more recent case against Tesla, she was able to nearly double the recovery offered by Tesla to the client pre-trial.

While Ms. Kavicky excels in trial, a majority of her matters settle without the need for one and often for a statutory repurchase or more. Her successful settlements for her clients have been earned by her hard work, attention to detail, her aggressive litigation nature, and a stellar trial reputation in the community.

When Ms. Kavicky has free time, she dedicates it all to her two small kids. Together the three of them enjoy the outdoors, adventures, and, of course, Disneyland.
